Natural Wine Week
Join us for a week of seriously delicious natural wines at waatu, celebrating Natural Wine Week from March 16th to 22nd! We’re pouring a fantastic selection of low-intervention, organic, and biodynamic wines, perfect for exploring the vibrant and exciting world of natural winemaking.
Natural wines are crafted with minimal intervention, emphasizing the purity and expression of the grape and terroir. This means less manipulation in the vineyard and winery, resulting in wines that are often more complex, alive, and truly reflective of their origins. This year features a captivating Gewürztraminer from Alsace, a complex blend of Grenache Gris, Muscat, and Riesling from Auvergne, a delightful Nero d’Avola rosé from South Australia, a bold Blaufrankisch and Pinot Noir blend from Moravia, and a rich and intriguing mix of Merlot, Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Muscat, and Gamay, also from Auvergne.
