Join us at waatu unfiltered: a natural wine dialogue, 6pm, April 17th, for a night where wine speaks in its rawest form. Wild, expressive, untouched by excess. Poured slowly, paired thoughtfully, each course a dialogue between earth, fire, and vine.
Indigenous cooking methods meet thoughtful dining in a rugged yet refined atmosphere here at waatu. With no gas and no electricity used to cook, our food and drinks are painstakingly conceptualised and brought to life.
